“Weather Ahead” began as a loosening-up exercise in an online art workshop. Once I added a bold bit of collage, the piece came together quickly. Man Overboard

This piece began as a workshop exercise. Once layers of paint, marks, and collage were laid, the addition of a prominent black collage element directed it to its natural conclusion. “Man Overboard” suggests the inevitable ups and downs on the one’s journey.
